Thomas F. Meagher Foundation

​Mark serves on the Honorary Board of the Thomas F. Meagher Foundation, which was established in 2013 to promote pride in and respect for the Irish Flag and the understanding if its symbolism and meaning for peace.

The creator of the Irish flag, Thomas F. Meagher, explained its meaning... 

“The White in the centre signifies a lasting truce between the Orange and the Green, and I trust that beneath its folds the hands of the Irish Protestant and the Irish Catholic may be clasped, in generous and heroic brotherhood.”

Many of Mark's initiatives revolve around Meagher, and what he and the foundation stand for.
